What exactly do I get from List Right?

How do you choose the agents you recommend?
Once we’ve established your goals for the sale of your property, we’ll review our database of trusted & vetted local agents to identify those best suited to your needs and marketing strategy.
Several factors guide our selection, including communication style and alignment with your preferred approach. In some cases, we may present you with a few suitable options.
Please note, no agent can pay to be included on our shortlist. While we’ll highlight agents who have performed well under our model, we understand that performance alone doesn’t guarantee the right fit.
Our process is completely impartial — our priority is finding the agent who best aligns with your goals and values.
How much does it cost?
Our service comes at no cost to you — you will never be invoiced by us!
When we successfully match you with a trusted local agent, they pay us a standard referral fee for the introduction. Because this fee is consistent across all agents, our guidance remains completely impartial and focused solely on your best interests.
How long does it take and what’s the process?

Within an hour, we’ll be in touch to discuss your situation and schedule an appointment.
After collecting the required details, we’ll carefully review your information and provide a response within 48 hours.
Why do you require my number?
List Right is a Person to Person service. We will call you personally to discuss how to move forward with our service & make an appointment to come see you. Your number stays private until such time as you give us permission for an agent to contact you.
Do you share or sell my information?
No! Your information is not shared with other parties until you give consent to connect you with an agent we have shortlisted for you and only with those agents. We do not sell your information/data under any circumstances.
Can agents pay for your recommendation?
No! Agents cannot pay for special treatment. We work for YOU at a personal level and present the best agent for the job based on your preferences.
Why would agents even use your service?
Because we introduce them to motivated, market ready sellers such as yourself, saving them the time, effort and expense of seeking listings. This leaves agents to do what they do best – selling properties.
